Refund Policy

Overview
MEMLEX uses Paddle as our merchant of record. Paddle processes payments, issues invoices and receipts, calculates applicable taxes, and facilitates refunds and chargebacks. Refunds are evaluated under this policy and issued through Paddle where applicable.
Eligibility
- First‑time subscriptions: full refund within 14 days of purchase if the product does not meet your expectations and you have not materially violated our Terms.
- Renewals: generally non‑refundable once the new billing period has started.
- Upgrades/downgrades: proration may apply according to Paddle’s mechanics; refunds follow Paddle’s proration and tax rules.
- Abusive, fraudulent, or excessive refund requests may be denied, and access may be suspended or terminated.
How to Request a Refund
- Cancel your subscription in the in‑app billing portal to stop future renewals.
- Contact us at support@memlex.app with your order email and Paddle receipt number.
- We will review your request and respond with the decision and next steps.
Access After Refunds
If a refund is granted, we may reduce or revoke access to paid features for the refunded period. Your account and non‑paid content remain unless you request deletion.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, Paddle will notify us and may suspend access while the dispute is processed. Please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly.
